No excuses! Get fitter this summer!

Our first ever Arabic and Brazilian Summer Boot Camp in Nottingham came down a storm and students came to try new moves or improve old ones.

Here are some feedback from this year’s workshops:

A lot of the same feedback was give to all the other workshops, so an overall positive outcome for out first year! Thank you all who attended the workshops.

Our next year’s Summer School/Boot Camp will take place in July 2011. So come back to get the new dates and timetable round May time. We can guarantee high quality of teaching and fun! All ages are welcome!
