This is a unique fitness programme developed by ABC Dance School, where we mix bellydance and aerobics. It is a great way to keep fit and work out parts of your body that you normally wouldn’t in a regular aerobics class. As well as the cardio programme that this class offers, you will also go through a fantastic toning session. You will have the opportunity to do your work out to a great mix of tunes from around the world and the usual western tracks that you love.
